Video: 'Animals United' trailer
Animals United, released in Germany and Switzerland on October 7, and to be released in the United Kingdom on December 17, is a 3D animated movie featuring a variety of anthropomorphic animals. Inspired by the novel The Animals' Conference by German writer Erich Kästner, the plot concerns life on the African savannah as the construction of a dam causes the rivers and watering holes to dry up.
In addition to expected African species such as meerkets, lions, rhinos, and elephants, the film also features animals less likely to be found in that environment, including a rooster, a polar bear, a kangaroo, a Tasmanian devil, and two Galapagos tortoises.
The movie was produced by German company Constantin Film, also known for The NeverEnding Story (1984), The Name of the Rose (1986), and Downfall (2005). The English-language version of the film features the voice of Jim Broadbent, James Corden, Dawn French, Stephen Fry, Joanna Lumley, Billie Piper, Vanessa Redgrave, and Andy Serkis.

There's a review over here - they don't seem fans of the concept, but couldn't help praising the music and production quality.

Fail.
Fail indeed. It appears they're acting differently to people who search via Google. Try searching for it and then click on the cached copy.
Sorry to say, but that fart bit ruined it for me. I'll be saving my time and money.
Sounds like a knock off of Madagascar 2
The fart joke was admittedly an "Oh PLEASE" moment, but the rest of this looks interesting. The design looks similar to the folks who did "Space Chimps". Are there any plans for this to be released in North America?
