Snowdrop, perhaps the first albino penguin in captivity was hatched at Bristol Zoo reciently, just in time for the holidays.

Not the first... there used to be an albino Fairy/Little Blue Penguin in Taronga Zoo, Sydney, Australia. The other penguins would not accept it and they even considered dying it black.
