We knew it was coming, but it's still a shock when it actually happens.

The CARP legislation hits the Funday Pawpet Show, extort... erm... requiring payment retroactively from their first broadcast -- 29 January 2001 through 31 August 2002.

In my opinion, CARP stinks to high heaven.

According to the fan site "Cosgrove Hall Ate My Brain", and 3D World Magazine, there is a new DangerMouse feature length film in the works. It still seems to be in the planning stages, though.

There's also talk about a DM computer game as well.

By the way, if you look around on the Cosgrove Hall Ate My Brain site, you'll find another story about a "live action" DM movie. That report is so false, it's ridiculous! It was obviously made as a joke.

A macsot for the local football (rugby) team was elected mayor in the town of Hartelpool, UK. His pre-election platform was "free bananas for schoolchildren". The full story is here.

Thanks to the unscrupulous people at the Education Center, Inc. of Greensboro, NC, Mailbox Books is forced to change their name to "Rabbit Valley Books". According to Sean Rabbitt, although MB could win the case against them, it would be far too expensive a battle to fight.
