Me either, that's why I put it there! I think the gist of it is that it's like counterculture but to the people and the spaces in which they interact rather than their culture, which is more about knowledge, arts, and rules/customs.

In this sense Flayrah's comments area or the rooms of a MUCK might be furry publics; while WikiFur is a place for recording of furry culture - which might include the (possibly unwritten) rules for such roleplay, the 6-2-1 rule and Krystal not enjoying her sandwiches.
