Automated moderation tools have been a problem for years. This is just another ridiculous example of it. Content moderation should be done by humans and, at the very least, there needs to be an easy way of appealing or communicating with people that are responsible for the decision. Many large companies make it almost impossible to actually communicate with them or contact a human directly.
