There is really no such thing.
Either something is fan theory, fan desire, or official. There really is no overlap, as the official could adapt the fan theory or desire, but it at that point becomes canon.
In fact the very reason we have the word canon is to distinguish it from the fan's interaction from the medium. Probably with the same queasiness you'd experience if someone started putting "Intelligent Design" in science class. Since science is about the observable universe and not socially popular theories, mixing and conflating the two can be a bit sacrilege.
