"Day Of The Dead/Dia De Los Muertos" is a holiday in Mexico, it's a cultural tradition. While I've had the culture pretty much bred out of me since I've been born and raised in Canada, even my Mexican mom was upset at the attempted trademark. Not to provoke SJW thinking or anything, but that really would be cultural appropriation to trademark a holiday that is country specific in it's significance. So I'd say that the trademark was struck down for being a well-known term with blatant cultural significance. It'd be like a Mexican animation company trying to trademark the 4th of July, or President's Day or something. Something profoundly patriotic and country specific. It's Disney, once again overstepping their boundaries. It's concerning. XP

I'm a different furry with different opinions.
