I will explain the comment (since it seems misunderstood) as a reference to the IARP's power relationships, not to Kage's actual opinions on this. I have no idea what he has or may have to do with Kevin - it's simply a fact that the IARP is figuratively "sleeping" with the highest power in Furry for reasons other than his qualifications.
