Umm.. no. The ambulance speeding assumption is by the report on IndyStar.com that came out of the prosecutor's office stating that the ambulance was going 20 miles over the speed limit.

Also, it was a flashing yellow, which means "use caution." The other street had a flashing red, which is to be treated like a stop sign.
