I saw this while I was in Siggraph this year. If anyone wants some pics of it I can send them to you :).

The scenes looked WILD kinda 3d with a whispy hand drawn look. Truly amazing... not to mention the AI and the fact that in order to control the critters you have to yap, bark and howl into the mic :)
