Either the person who writes it or the person who reviews it. Sources are typically linked as [source] or placed on relatively long sections of text (ie. not "Brazilian Air Force" but "the Brazilian Air Force flew their planes into the ground").

Most browsers will show you where the link goes before you click it. Edit: I've changed wiki and IMDB links to be lighter.

I also intend to add original-source metatags in the future, but they're more useful for robots than readers.
