You ever get in the mood to watch one of those old cartoon movies like Robin Hood? You know, the ones that make you want to curl up on the couch with your friends or your mate, share a bowl of popcorn and simply enjoy? Well recently I found a link to one of those old cartoon movies. Ever watch the 1980′s cartoon film Animalympics ? Now it was done in 1980 so it’s a little more, well, 80′s! So if you don’t mind that kind of genre why not give it a try? It might make a great impromptu Wednesday movie night.

Ever thought of doing something to spice up your sex life but were nervous of sounding too knotty to your mate? Well on American Dad someone discovers they have a kink for being spanked. Murr….Sorry what was I saying? Oh yes. Spanking. When it comes out the person is instantly vilified but thanks to a catchy little musical number their partner discovers they too must have a kink. During this glorious song it just so happens furries come into view. With Patrick Stewart dressed as a great purple bear singing the last lines of the song. What is so great about that? Well somebody certainly did their homework. They made sure to put a fox and a bunny on the very bottom. So, what’s your kink?

According to a recent news article I found there are rumours that four furries who work as NFL mascots are planning to come out of the fur so to speak. The article is fairly slim in details but according to an anonymous tip four mascots from assorted NFL teams will reveal themselves as furry on the same day. What could this mean for furries as a whole? What I hope is that it will mean a greater acceptance, much like the interviewed fur in the article states. This could be big, but will it be a good big like 10″ trouser snake or bad big like 10″ trouser snake with a bad case of crabs? Stay tuned to find out!

Did you enjoy Hippos on Ice? Was Fantasia one of your favorite Disney films? Why not check out ZooZoo?! A new production by Imago Theatre which will be touring the U.S. and Canada. The actors wear elaborate costumes as they perform feats of acrobatics, mime, comedy and much more. Though only 55 minutes long the show is comprised of silent skits which will both amaze you and cause a chuckle. They say it’s aimed at children but honestly who wouldn’t want to see it?!

If there was ever a universal rule it should be this: NEVER give a fox power. Thanks to Sy Husky I am a fox with power so I am a perfect example of what you don’t want to have happen.  The restraint I am currently using to stop myself from laughing maniacally like some kind of evil genius is usually the restraint I use to stop myself from bending over. Oooh did someone say something about restraints?! …Oh that was me. See what I mean?! Seriously, what was that husky thinking? You don’t want your fox going knotty at the wrong place or time. Here are a few examples of foxes gone wild: Imagine if a fox did this at the public park or what if you take them for a night out and this happens?  I’d say artists Jailbird and Tsaiwolf  know exactly what foxes can be like if they are left unchecked. Don’t you agree?

To those who don’t know me, I’m Jackson Divison. A fairly new fox to the fandom I plan to do what will be affectionately referred to as Foxy Fridays: bringing a little more fox to the start of your week-end. Also you can expect other little tid bits throughout the week as I find some fun furry related news to brighten your day. So here I am looking around for news which as has been pretty dull in the fandom for the last few weeks. I turn my sites on FNN.com which has some interesting that things I like to look further into and BAHM! I find a cool  photography articular on furries. So this photographer by the name of “Tom Broadbent” did a nice shoot with some furries in normal everyday tasks. Furbuy goes classy with some new updates, which includes adding a “furry craigslist” . The site is pretty cool, but so far I can’t see anything as it is still in beta mode. I suppose this will be cool if you need to look for something furry to buy without having to bid on a item. Let’s just see where the site takes us when it goes live.

FNN (Furry News Network) reported on something pretty cool I thought I’d share here. This Korean (the good side…lol) company makes anthropomorphic animals our of recycled tires. These are some amazing sculptures and comes in all different types. I wish they did a husky or heck wish they could do one of me as a husky ….lawl…

The “Anthropomorphic Research Project” is out and about for a first of it’s kind 3 year study. Like the one held at AnthroCon in Pittsburgh, PA each year, this one is a bit different and more detailed. This study will try to follow the same person over the course of 3 years and take studies along the way. So if you like to fill out survey’s head over to the link below to start.

It is enough to post to my channel here that I must say in the past few weeks FurAffinity is hurting it’s users. I just came across a quick Reddit feed which posted a pic of what FA was suppose to look like after a $16k drive to boost up it’s site. Well we can see the changes have never happened. Let me break this into my terms as a web designer and a business owner.

Pros: The site is well maintained and allows many things go on to it. They have a nice message system and a nice profile protection system.

Cons: The site has some bad layout and bad colors. Users are booted by admins. to quickly and others post pointless things we don’t need to see.

Overall the site needs some well defined maintenance. I understand it is free and those who run it do it in charity. I understand running something this big for free comes at costs, but wait …. wait …. IT’S THE BIGGEST FURRY SITE IN THE WORLD! So why does someone like the now upcoming Weasyl. com trump FA? Well they fixed all the issues, they gave a site better look and seperated things users want. It is one thing that has always bothered me, “Why does FA never listen to it’s users and take action quickly?”.  Also the whole $$ thing is just wow! Now they are looking for donations again to keep it up, yet they do not change anything. There are so many out in the fandom world that are willing to help, why not listen to them? Let someone with $$ take it over and show the fandom world FA is BAD-ASS site!!  I still say, ” Do not give up them (FA) they do thier best and will keep trying. But in the booming age of the internet if you are weak others will quickly take you out in one blow.  Come on FA don’t give em’ that chance, stand up and fight the fight! Make the cool looking site and make departments for art, suits and more!! “  – end Rant .

So with the great success of Bedfellows throughout the YouTube, Mondo media has decided to pick them up. Mondo is the same company that created “Happy Tree Friends” along with several other great adult cartoons. I think these two make a great couple and I can’t wait until mid March for the new episode.

Took a little break while we upgraded the site and now we’re back BABY! This first post is a dizzy one, so looks like the famous “Rockcity Fur Meet” in Alabama is going to postponed. According to the direct website, it seems as though on of the board members who booked the hotel at the airport didn’t give a great explanation as to what the con was going to be about. The hotel who is under the supervision of the TSA (Transportation Security Administration) and per U.S Dept. of Homeland Security no face masks would be allowed, so it would bum the suiters out. The hotel was going to moved, but short on time and money alias it will not. Looks like 2014 will be the date for this fine group.
