Wolf sanctuary evacuated due to wildfires

The evacuation of the Wolf Rescue Center near Lake George, Colorado, due to the nearby Hayman wildfire, is presenting problems for owner Darlene Kobobel, according to this article in the Colorado Springs Gazette. None of the area emergency shelters designated for handling horses and livestock that had to be evacuated are willing to handle wolves.
